Jason was the sales guy I worked with the majority of the time, and he was so patient with me and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Got more than I thought I had been to a few VW dealerships and was working on getting a new Eos. Then hubby found a used 2013 Eos at this dealership that was a better trim le I had been to a few VW dealerships and was working on getting a new Eos. Then hubby found a used 2013 Eos at this dealership that was a better trim level than the new one. But it was used and not in my preferred color. I went to look at it anyway and realized that it had all the options my current car had and then some. I first talked to Olzi and liked him immediately. He took me for a test drive and I really liked the car, but I still was torn between it and the new one. I decided to go home and figure out which car I wanted to go with. The new car dealer was willing to knock another $200 off, so I went back to Fletcher to see if they could give me a better price. That's when I met Christina (I had also talked to her by phone) and she was so nice! They came up with a price I felt comfortable with and I ended up buying the car. Olzi gave us a crash course on the car and I discovered all the wonderful options it had and now I'm really happy I bought the car. Plus, the next day I discovered that the car also has a hard disc drive which Olzi either forgot to mention or maybe didn't realize but it's a nice surprise. Everyone I met at Fletcher was great, even the finance guy (that's always the most stressful part of the buying experience IMO). Overall, a really good buying experience. More

And working for a major airline I know what customer service really means. I emailed Sunday night expecting to receive a quote in a day or two. But to my surprise I received a call from Cristina Monday morning. Never felt pressured but I was invited for a test drive and got all my questions answered. I was greeted by all the staff and Cristina, was offered beverages and after a quick chat we went on a test drive for a VW CC Sport Plus. And OMG fell in love with the car. Test drive felt like driving around Chicago with an old friend. Back at the dealer I wanted to use my credit union but they offered me an interest that I considered to high. Then Cristina offered the VW Credit finance and in a few minutes it was approved and nobody can beat the deal I was presented with. Not only I got a low interest rate but was presented with other service packages that truly made this experience unique. I want to commend her incredible sales and social skills that would make the trivial process of buying a car a memorable one. Was not comfortable with the other dealerships sales approach, so i went online and was Contacted the next morning by Christine from Fletcher Jones, i asked her to send me a quote on a tdi sportwagen with the trim i was looking for, she replied within minutes with my quote, i called her, the family and i set a time. She had the particular model waiting for us outside for a test drive, we where pleased with the car. She invited us to her office to number crunch, we went back and forth a couple of times to get the rate we where more comfortable with. Christine and her team showed great patience and this is why they move inventory! More
