I was ready to trade in my 2001 VW for a new model and had looked at a number of other brands and dealers before contacting Danbury Volkswagen. He went out of his way to explain all of the options and make sure I was comfortable with my decision. He even worked on his day off to help get the car delivered earlier than originally promised when I told him I was hoping to be able to pick it up before the weekend. It was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car, and I attribute it solely to Bryan's professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to provide such superior customer service. I can't recommend Brent D'Arcy strongly enough. I walked into the dealership and because I was a female on my own,with somewhat low expectations for service. What I got instead was a friendly, strai walked into the dealership and because I was a female on my own,with somewhat low expectations for service. What I got instead was a friendly, straightforward professional whose only interest was in getting me the car I wanted at the correct price. There was no dithering around on anything. I felt like I was leasing a car from an honest person who had my interests at heart. What a pleasure it turned out to be. I've leased many different cars over the years and this was the best experience I've ever had. I leased a Jetta, which I love and suits my needs perfectly, but you'd have thought i was buying a Maserati. Brent gives you the feeling the service would be the same. Also the dealership was convenient and immaculate. I would send anyone to Brent and I'm sure I will be leasing from him in the future. More

When my husband and I moved to Danbury, we had no cars with us and so needed to purchase one pretty quickly. We had driven a Jetta sportswagon before, but had otherwise never dealt with Volkswagon. Brent with us and so needed to purchase one pretty quickly. We had driven a Jetta sportswagon before, but had otherwise never dealt with Volkswagon. Brent was excellent to work with. He answered all our questions honestly and at no point did we feel like we were being sold to. We made our decision to lease VW on a Sunday. When I emailed him that day, I expected to hear back Monday morning. Imagine my surprise when he emailed back that afternoon saying he had the sportswagon in the color we wanted available in 2 days ( they had to get it from another dealer). When we eventually came in to sign the lease, all the surprises were good ones (wait, it comes with that too!). All in all a very positive experience. I would like to make a specific note about their pricing structure. Most dealers we've dealt with have the same convoluted process for giving you their prices. The person you've been working with always needs to "check with their manager". They can't even give you small changes or options without getting up and checking "in back". It always feels very hinky. But at VW, Brent was the only person we worked with (aside from finance approving things). He gave us the prices, and they are the same prices at every VW. So no haggling, no shenanigans. Very straight forward and an important reason we went here. More

When I walked through the door with my mother at Danbury Volkswagen we were greeted by a smiling man, Brent D'Arcy. He was happy to see us and happy to help. I told him exactly what I wanted, the Blue Jetta, and how I had a bad experience somewhere else. We sat down together and worked on something that I could afford leasing. Brent made the whole process super easy for my mother and I and did manage to get the last Blue Jetta on the lot for me. I went to pick up my car and it was beautiful! Everything was clean, shiny, perfect. Brent sat in the car with me and explained every little thing and answered the many questions I had. The paperwork, signing the lease, picking up my car, and everything else was so fast and easy! I had no trouble with this dealership and my dealer, Brent D'Arcy. He gave me exactly what I asked for and made the whole experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this dealership and my dealer, Brent D'Arcy, to everyone! More
Brent is a consummate professional who emphasizes quality customer service. There was never any pressure. No hard sell. On the first visit my wife and I shook hands and said we were going to buy the car. He put a "SOLD" sign on it. That evening, something personal happened to one of our planned income sources, and our picture changed. I felt bad because I had to call back to rescind on the deal, which made me feel very awful. He took it like a gentleman, with no negative reaction. On the contrary, he wrote us a nice card. After a month or two, matters got straightened out and we were back to the original plan of buying the car and we went back to Brent. We settled on the car we wanted and pricing was a no pressure discussion. It was a fair deal. Then, Brent went the extra mile on everything. He personally picked me up from the railway station on the day to pick my car up. There was a slight imperfection that required buffing a bit on the finish, so he took me personally to the detailer to get it polished out. I told him that I would like a full tank of gas. There it was. I told him that I liked rubber mats. There it was. He took great care to show me everything about the car. Brent made the car buying experience a pleasure. I hate hard , high-pressure sales techniques, and this guy is the exact opposite. I would easily recommend to anyone to see him, including single women who are often subjected to high pressure sales. Brent is just a good guy and he is successful precisely because he just deals with people in a nice, decent and fair way, with an emphasis on customer service. More
