I probably shouldn't of done it,but I laid my cards out on the table Explaining to him I didn't want any out of pocket expenses from what my insurance company was giving me. I was looking to lease a vehicle with in some constraints. John was humble & honest. Hammer out a deal, I could afford & mileage I could live with. Starting with the test drive, Derryck spent about 2 hours with me test driving and explaining the car that I was interested in. We then proceeded to make a deal on the car and I knew that Derryck was doing what was right. The delivery of the car could not have been smoother.
