The worse customer service I have had when purchasing a vehicle in my lifetime. Salesman told us that there were no vehicles within our price range. Then, manager called to let us know they did. We opted t vehicle in my lifetime. Salesman told us that there were no vehicles within our price range. Then, manager called to let us know they did. We opted to hear them out and gave them a second chance but now with another salesman. Over all second salesman was nice. However, Sergio from finance was very unprofessional. He texted me my whole social security number through his personal cellphone asking if that was my correct number. The loan did not go into effect for almost a week!!! They called us to let us know they were extending the term of our loan to be more on the payment we wanted which was good but at the cost of sacrificing sensitive personal information through a text message? How is that even professional. I called the manager to let him know I wanted that text message erased completely from Sergio’s cellphone and trash bin with in it. Manager had no sense of urgency to take care of it. He said, “oh Sergio is out to lunch, but I will get a hold of him once he is back. Meanwhile my information was out there on his phone! I reached out to Josue, our salesman as well. The next day he said it was taken care of but I was presented no proof or apology from Sergio for his unprofessionalism. Up to today, over two weeks, I still have no access to the Nissan app and I have not received my all weather mats. Worse car purchase experience I have had. I will not be recommending this dealership to friends and family to avoid them an unpleasant experience. More
I recently purchased a Sentra from Viva Nissan, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring that all my questions were answered. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I felt welcomed rather than pressured. Jose Ramirez and Fernando Saenz took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through various options without pushing for a sale. The financing process was smooth, with clear explanations of all terms and no hidden fees. Overall, I highly recommend Viva Nissan for anyone looking to buy a car. More
My current concern right now is the service center. Currently, I have taken twice my car due to previous alignment. Currently, my steering wheel is not center and as a caseworker, I need my vehicle. I Currently, I have taken twice my car due to previous alignment. Currently, my steering wheel is not center and as a caseworker, I need my vehicle. I have to take time (for the third time) and take it back to the dealership to (hopefully and finally) get my steering wheel center. More
Made an appointment the prior week for AC service. Arrived on time for appointment, 8:00., At 12:00 service advisor called they were finishing prior work and had not started. Passing by at 2:00 saw Arrived on time for appointment, 8:00., At 12:00 service advisor called they were finishing prior work and had not started. Passing by at 2:00 saw my vehicle in the lot, waiting to be taken in, 6 hours after I left it at the appointment time. I went in and got my vehicle. The servicedepartm needs to be able to give a reasonable expectation when making appointments. I envisioned a call at 4:00 saying they need to keep my vehicle overnight. This reminds me of the days when you stayed home all day for the cable repairman to arrive. Certified technicians should be able to complete each job on time. The scheduling program should factor in the variables and give a reasonable expectation for appointments and completion. This is not acceptable. More
