Stewart explained that any additional work would be only if needed. We talked about the possibility of replacing the cabin filter, and he gave me the price upfront. There were no surprises. The cabin filter did need replacement. He went over the report card and said the brakes had plenty of service left. More

Stewart in the service department has been great in assisting me with all of my car needs and questions I have had over the years. I feel that he has gone over the top in providing top tier service which my prior dealership was clearly lacking. Because of him I recommend everyone I can to come to Vista Ford. Stewart cares about his customers and will treat you right. During this crisis the staff at Vista ford also appropriately handles sanitizing and keeping things clean for everyone. Very pleased with Vista Service, especially in light of the current pandemic. Stewart, our service advisor, was cordial and professional in getting me in/out in a timely fashion. All employees and custome the current pandemic. Stewart, our service advisor, was cordial and professional in getting me in/out in a timely fashion. All employees and customers had masks and gloves on. Indoor and outdoor waiting areas and bathroom were monitored at least every 30 minutes for social distancing (plenty of room) and disinfecting. Common surfaces touched by Vista and customer had protective coverings/given my own pen and paper copies. Car, key, steering wheel and common touch areas were disinfected upon return to me. Free car wash always appreciated. Thank you Vista! More
