I putchased my last 2 trucks here. Sunroof broke about 2 years ago took it in to fix no problem. This time sunroof broke again they fixed it accept when I got into the truck I noticed I had 2 decorative ite years ago took it in to fix no problem. This time sunroof broke again they fixed it accept when I got into the truck I noticed I had 2 decorative items hanging from rear view mirror were off. 1 of them was now broken the other was just laying in the cup holder.whenni got home i noticed there is a cap on the handrail that was off and the cap was laying in the door with some type of glue so someone tried to repair it but obviously didn't say anything to me also it appears that when repairing the sunroof they may have needed to remove rear view mirror because now the cover is off center. Didn't call didn't want to hear tech day didn't do it just might choose another service center More

I have brought the truck back and complained about it many times, but they can’t solve the problem and always send me away after reseting the dash light. A few days later, the light comes back on. The other day I had an oil change service, when I got the truck back the old date sticker was there because they forgot to change it with a new one... In addition, they used to wash the vehicles upon completion of any service, but now they claim that oil change service is excluded from the wash service... More
