Poor communication and timing I called prior to having my car towed in, made an appointment, and then did not hear from them for 5 whole days. Every time I called for an update was told that the tech wasn't car towed in, made an appointment, and then did not hear from them for 5 whole days. Every time I called for an update was told that the tech wasn't available and would call back. Never would back. Also had my car assessed two weeks prior at the same location and the same issue came back. Poor customer service. More
