TRANSFERRED TO SUNY FREDONIA TO FINISH MY BACHELORS DEGREE IN MARKETING AND BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. SHORTLY AFTER COLLEGE I OBTAINED A SALES POSITION FOR SATURN OF ROCHESTER IN 1993. I THEN TOOK A FINANCE POSITION IN 1995 AT DORSCHEL AUTO GROUP FOR 10 YEARS AND THEN 9 YEARS WITH PIEHLER IN WEBSTER. STARTED WITH VISION AS SALES MANAGER IN 2013.

I received a phone call from Angelo stating that my lease was up end of May, he could get me into a new vehicle at about the same payment: $306. I arrived at 4, the numbers were way higher than what was prom was up end of May, he could get me into a new vehicle at about the same payment: $306. I arrived at 4, the numbers were way higher than what was promised (400's) I said I could into a Jeep for that.... the payment needs to be lower. I should have walked out at 6:00. Tom did buy me dinner (very nice but should not have been needed if I weren't there so long) I wanted to come back another day but he said it had to be done that day to get this 'great' deal. 'Deals won't get any better esp. as the weather warms up.' I felt pressured and for some reason agreed. I ended up with double monthly payments $569!Drove out around 9:15pm! Then to make this nightmare worse I received a $604 bill from GM for a few scratches and missing 2nd set of keys. This is my 4th lease with Vision... More

Definitely a lack of communication when I brought my vehicle in to get repaired. I had to repeatedly call and email to get a response. Also, my daughter brought her car in for inspection, oil change and vehicle in to get repaired. I had to repeatedly call and email to get a response. Also, my daughter brought her car in for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. They charged her for it, and never actually did the oil change and her car keeps indicating that it is low on oil. When she called she got an attitude and they said that they just forgot to reset the oil life meter? It still says that she needs oil. Not very happy. Used to absolutely trust this service department but since the change nothing is the same. Very disappointed. and not sure we will be releasing our next vehicles now. Rona DeMino and Ava DeMino More
