I requested a tire rotation, but when I got the invoice I noticed it wasn’t included. When I questioned this, I was told it wasn’t necessary at this time since all tires had worn evenly, and rotating the tires would not benefit me. I was happy to see they did not perform unnecessary work to inflate the bill. Little things like this make a difference when choosing a business, and I will not hesitate to return my car to them for service. More
Dealer installed a hitch to haul bikes as part of the original purchase. Hitch was not compatible with bike rack and went for service. We were told this is the hitch Subaru recommends for a 2024 Outback original purchase. Hitch was not compatible with bike rack and went for service. We were told this is the hitch Subaru recommends for a 2024 Outback but agreed to try a different hitch adapter. Dealer said they would get back to us when the adapter came in. That was about 3 weeks ago and not a peep. I would not use Subaru to install another hitch nor will we return to this dealer for service. More

It is a slightly above average dealership. Most salesman walk around it acting like they are a gift to the world. Mine comes over and speaks to me for a bit when he sees me in there.
