After unsuccessfully trying to put the spare on (as my road side assistance asked me to wait 2 hours), I gave up went to Village European and they helped me replace my tire and did not charge me for the service. Highly recommended !!! More

Danielle is very knowledgeable, recognized me from a previous repair trip to the shop and gave me a repair appointment the next day. After dropping off my car, she called me by 9am and told me that the mechanic had found the source of the rough idle (a bad fuel pump). But while researching the problem he found that my car was covered by an extended warranty (I wasn't aware) and recommended I take it to a dealer to get a free repair. They charged me $205 for the diagnostic (a bit high) but saved me almost $1000 in repair charges. Thanks for the honesty! I'll be back next time I have a non-warranty repair. More

Chip, our usual mechanic, is very knowledgeable about BMWs, a straight shooter about whether a repair is worth making on an older car (and can predict which parts are likely to have problems at certain mileages), an excellent diagnostician, loves challenging problems (as in whether the blown up engine on an M5 was salvageable), and is always accessible to answer questions, even stupid ones. Danielle very capably fields questions on her own and works hard to schedule us in. They are always helpful, flexible and cheerful. Their only downside is that they have no Saturday appointments. More
Great independent shop I have been taking BMW's and other European makes (Land Rover and Jaguar) to Village European for years. I have always found Chip and the other mechanics to be extremely skilled and of the utmost integrity. Danielle, their service advisory, is friendly and professional. I have never had anything but a great experience with them and would not take my car(s) anywhere else. More
Your Typical Used Car Lot I have reserved writing this review for a few months as the time has allowed me the clarity to give an accurate description of my dissatisfaction with I have reserved writing this review for a few months as the time has allowed me the clarity to give an accurate description of my dissatisfaction with the general manager of this establishment, RM. I found my desired car (2012 A3) while visiting home over the summer, it was over the course of 2 visits and numerous phone conversations that I decided to purchase the car. Before purchasing the car my phone calls and voicemails were always answered and returned in a timely manner, even though a medical emergency, I felt very comfortable with my interactions and the attentiveness of the staff. Time after time any concerns or questions I had were met with “Don’t worry about it man, I’ll take care of you man, our reviews speak for themselves”. My concerns were the following; 1. Car detailed in and out 2. Tint 3. 2nd car key After signing papers and arranging for delivery the vehicle arrived in Baltimore a few weeks later than expected with chips on the hood and not detailed in any way, there were the same coffee stains in the cup holder that were there when I test drove the car. I called the GM immediately and told him that I did not want to accept delivery, I was met again with, “I’ll take care of it, I have contacts in Baltimore, I will make everything right…”, this could not be further from the truth. After accepting delivery of the vehicle communications with the GM slowed to a halt resulting in, unanswered calls to his cell and office, emails not responded to. The GM claimed to set up a detail and treatment to address the paint chips, he ended up calling a local detailing shop and told them to give me a $49 car wash, not addressing the chips or the detail as promised. The car failed inspection due to the tinting on the vehicle, which I had to pay to remove. The key issue was never addressed. I called the office/cell of RM every day for nearly 2 weeks, no phone call was ever returned. I did receive a check on the mail weeks after accepting delivery of the vehicle for $300 I presume in an attempt to cover the expenses for the things not promised however the funds did not nearly cover the expenses. For a GM who preached integrity and doing right by “his clients” RM overpromised and under delivered with verbosity and flash. They ended up being another used car lot which is everything they claim not to be. My wife was in the market for a new car and we started the process of elimination- deciding on a make and model and visiting dealers. A good friend recommended Ray and I decided to call. To be honest, I wasn't sure how it would go, as I have always done the dealing myself. Ray assured me he would be able to take away the pain of dealing with the dealer and he was right. Long story short, my wife had a specific color combination and there were not a lot of local dealers that had what she was looking for, PLUS, we had a tight timeframe. We thought we had one lined up with a dealer and then hit a snag. Ray went out of his way to resolve the issue and we ended up going with a completely different dealer. If I was doing this myself, all that work would have been for not, and I would have had to take a lot of time starting over and going through the process again. Ray always kept me in the loop, and if there was a decision to be made, he'd check in to make sure he had all the facts (color, options...) before going forward. The final- My wife got the exact car she wanted and it arrived on time. I will definitely use him again, and would recommend him to anyone in the market. Thanks Ray! More
Went there looking for a used car to drive in the winter. Ray was very easy to work with and the laid back approach was something I really appreciated. From the test drive to the purchase to the pick up ever Ray was very easy to work with and the laid back approach was something I really appreciated. HAve recently gone back to get some winter tires thrown on and the price cannot be beat...again quick and easy, literally 15 min. I will definitely go back to them and point others who are looking for quality performance oriented cars in their direction More
