Ray and Zack worked much quicker than we had expected in locating a car that fit our specs. And, they were good about describing cars that were close but did NOT meet our, or more importantly, their own cri locating a car that fit our specs. Their mechanics were thorough and helpful pre-purchase and on a follow-up visit. Ray even helped coordinate fixing some parking lot damage that occurred well after our purchase (and thus outside their 'responsibility').
