If I could give 0 I would. I will never bring my vehicle back to this dealership. The service department is by far the worst o have ever dealt with. They had my vehicle for over 30 days and then attempted to not pay for a rental when it was their fault my vehicle was delayed by two weeks. It took me giving pushback before they offered me a rental and then when I did go pick up my car typically when you go to a dealership for service they will vacuum your car out and make it look nice again. This was not the case when I picked up my car nothing had been touched and they failed to mention that they gave my vehicle and oil change but then didn’t replace a sticker and when I called to see about getting an email regarding when I need my next oil change they said that I can come back to the dealership to get a sticker because the tech forgot to put it on there. I also had low tire pressure whenever I picked my car up and they gave me slack and a hard time about asking to make sure my tires were at the right pressure before I leftThere has been numerous times were the customer service has been absolutely terrible not only will I never be back but I will also never be buying a Chevy again. They missed out on a sale because I am in the market for a new vehicle and I will not be recommending this place to anyone. I just spent 3 weeks trying to give them my business for service and they literally would not help me. Service dept desk - no words for the HORRIBLE customer service. I know times are tough but seriously how is this place still in business!!??? If you call plan to be on hold for at least 10 minutes at a minimum. Then once someone is forced to pick up the phone it’s usually someone new that has no idea how to help you. I wouldn’t work with this car dealership ever and will make it a point to tell anyone I come in contact with to avoid them at all costs!! Victory Layne you are a shameful company! I hope your owners figure out just how horrible their staff are! Yuck! More
Brought in my silverado for electrical concerns. Cluster would turn off, stability light comes on, power steering inoperable and vehicle doesn’t turn on. A “technican” inspected vehicle and charged Cluster would turn off, stability light comes on, power steering inoperable and vehicle doesn’t turn on. A “technican” inspected vehicle and charged me for a new battery and alternator. Two days later the car was still doing the same problems. Looked up a video on youtube and found the actual problem. Loose grounds that were actually causing the problem. Yet they charged me $1200 for my truck to still have the problem. My truck didn’t even need any new parts. It did need corrections on the grounds, which they didn’t even do! How is it that i can google the issue and a trained dealership with “experienced technician” can’t figure it out. More
Jenny told us that our loan had been approved and then had a conversation with her managers, then came back and told us that it had not actually been approved, trying to manipulate us into paying cash. When we said that was not an option it was magically approved again. We were told the car had been inspected and all fluids had been topped off, which was untrue. My car completely broke down two weeks after my purchase and I had to replace the alternator. Turns out nothing had been topped off and the fluids were practically empty on the vehicle. There is now another issue with the car that has to be fixed. Feel completely mislead on this sale. More

After they rushed me to get to the dealer and apprise my car, he told me that he offered me a wrong car. I felt like my money and myself were not good enough. You need to train your costumer service. How you can give a quote and rush a costumer, and then when the costumer arrives, you tell sorry I can not honor the deal because we were offering you a different car. That was despicable and I won’t buy a car from you even if you were the only dealer in town. I would rather take an Uber. More

If i were able to give a ZERO star I would!!!!!! This was the worst experience i have ever experienced in my entire life! I am a business owner and i have purchased Multiple cars/trucks for our personal and the worst experience i have ever experienced in my entire life! Just a few days ago I purchased a commercial truck (which we all know is super expensive) and the tires are proven by another Chevrolet dealership in Bradenton, FL to be defective after multiple attempts to get this resolved ALL of Chevrolet customer representatives point the fingers at each other continuously! Fast forward>>This dealership specifically George Huckleberry (who rushed through the paperwork to get his sale) sold me a commercial vehicle that was half detailed (horrible job), horrible customer service, and MAIN problem the commercial vehicle was sold to me with defective tires that had flat spots in it. This causes the vehicle to shake horribly on the highway which is extremely dangerous!!!! This victory lane Chevrolet dealership is a NIGHTMARE!!! They have put us on the back burner and constantly make our appointment 3 weeks out to even get the service department to look at it!!! NO one wants to allow the warranty to cover new tires that should been replaced the day i purchased the vehicle. This is full neglect on a standing vehicle that was sitting on their lot!!!! PLEASE PLEASE vice president STACIE LAYNE or JAIME LAYNE (president give me a call!!!!) 813-992-3823 or 813-992-3824 I have spoken to multiple people at this dealership who treat us like we are garbage, they have NO professional people on their staff!!! I will be contacting the state attorney general, the news, and also the BBB. Please give me a call and professionally handle this correctly!!!! I also explained our concern to Justin who has no knowledge of how to speak professional to customers who specifically told me "I am not gonna deal with you, you need to wait to speak to my boss Jaime who is not available right now, she is on vacation!" This is not Ethical it is discriminating, and it is a horrible thing to do to a customer who is spending this much money on a a vehicle with this dealership! To close this up let me add in that George (our sales person continuously hang up on us, as well as at the end of the sale asked us to fill out the survey they will be sending and give him a high rating as well as stating that we test drove the vehicle!!! WE DID NOT TEST DRIVE THIS VEHICLE because a new vehicle (brand new) should be up to part!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! a brand new $70,000.00 truck is defective and this dealership's service, and sales team, along with the management is putting us on the back burner making us wait weeks for any kind of service to be done!!!!!!!! I purchased suburban in 2018 that was 2017 with low miles 22k. I got awesome price and was ecstatic thinking I got buy of lifetime. Well I did I found out month later that my great deal had been in accident never disclosed and has frame damage! The dealer knew they couldn't retail it so they wholesaled it to me. This is illegal knowingly not disclosing and giving a clean report. Buyer beware. I will share my experience with you if you like. More
