They didn’t even rotate my tires. Cause they didn’t see nor have the tools to take them off. Like that’s ridiculous. In the past they would call to let me know. Cause they didn’t see nor have the tools to take them off. Like that’s ridiculous. In the past they would call to let me know. More
My “diagnostic” test was $155 which I already knew that I had a battery issue due to my car notifying me, telling me that it was a battery issue. My battery cost a total of $259, FOR A BATTERY… Crazy but oka had a battery issue due to my car notifying me, telling me that it was a battery issue. My battery cost a total of $259, FOR A BATTERY… Crazy but okay… Then I was charged $214 for labor, which all that needed to be done was a battery change. Only reason I went to the dealership is because there were some type of poles around my battery causing the mechanic to not be able to get my old battery out. My total for a “diagnostic” test, that I didn’t need and a battery change, cost me $553… Insane to me… I called the “corporate” office and they told me that each dealership was privately owned and they could make their own prices… I WILL NEVER go back to this dealership ever again… What a total rip off. This visit was extremely underwhelming. My service advisor quit while my vehicle was being serviced. Management failed to reassign his work orders so I waited all day for someone to call me to inform me that my vehicle was complete. Additionally, I asked for a thorough inspection because I had a big road trip ahead but this was not completed. Actually, after my service, my vehicle had a new problem that was not present prior to drop off. I called to inquire and was told that the service manager would call me back to discuss a resolution but I never received that call. Management seems to be unorganized and unprofessional. More
The original tech assigned claimed he could not fix the problem because he did not have a secure internet and wanted me to fix the navigation error (missing SD card) at my house with a secure internet. The problem because he did not have a secure internet and wanted me to fix the navigation error (missing SD card) at my house with a secure internet. The Dealership did actually have a secure internet. He misdiagnosed the problem/fix. Had to get Blake involved (higher level of expertise/experience) to get the service done correctly. Once Blake installed a new SD card, the problem was fixed. We have no idea why the SD card was missing. We suppose it was removed during the last oil change. More
