My experience was very poor with victory Chevrolet. They didn’t inform of my interest rate or who the loan was with. When purchasing this car it was dark out so we were unable to get a good look at the They didn’t inform of my interest rate or who the loan was with. When purchasing this car it was dark out so we were unable to get a good look at the car in the light. So the next day we checked it out more. The oil was only showing on the tip of the dipstick, we had to put 2 quarts in it and it still didn’t fill it up. Supposedly they had serviced this car and had detailed it but it was still dirty. I sold them my old car and told them it should be drivable for when they come to pick up. They showed up and said it wouldn’t move so they left it at my house. Victory called two days later wanting to know where the car was I told them their guys came to pick it up but said it wouldn’t move. So they told me I had to have it towed to the dealership, however this is now not my car but theirs paperwork had all been signed. I had it towed just to be done with them, however I still wasn’t. I had called up there numerous times and left messages but no one was calling back. My tag was expiring that month and they informed me I would have to go pay the taxes to get my new sticker, since we transferred tags. I paid taxes on the car when I purchased it and then had to turn around and pay taxes again to get my sticker for my license plate. The lady at the tag office said that the dealership is supposed to handle all that. So needless to say I will never purchase a car at Victory Chevrolet again. More
