Damage Control I had a 2016 Elantra GT and it was totalled in an accident. I did not have much time to purchase a new vehicle. I was able to communicate with the dealership via email and get all my questions answered. I live about 45 minutes from this dealership and wanted to get in and out as I was not planning on having to deal with the back and forth of buying another car. When I purchased my last vehicle all arrangements where made via email but when I got to the dealer they did not even have the car we spoke about even though I called to confirm. So I was dreading this experience and really did not want to spend 6 hours at the dealer like before. But when I arrived to Victorville I was pleasantly surprised that the exact car we had emailed about was sitting out front waiting for me. They worked with me to get as many discounts as possible. One thing I really liked was the fact that when I was trying to lower my monthly payments and agreed to put some money down I still needed to come down a little bit and instead of telling me that I had to down grade from what I wanted or to get that car without this or that they worked with me without making me sacrafice the features I wanted. Overall very impressed and left happy. Strongly recommend this dealership. More
