From the moment we entered the little booth to discuss the work needed (with a scheduled appoin I came in to have a few services done for my suburban. From the moment we entered the little booth to discuss the work needed (with a scheduled appointment), to the moment we sat around and waited; my family and I felt as if we were not important. Sales representatives would walk by without a smile. Everyone was too busy to say hello or anything. It took over 2.5 hours to get a small service complete. I had to ask several times as to when my services will be complete or if we could just have an update. I was told in a Brush if manner that it would be a few more minutes m. Of the dealerships my family and I have been too, this is by far the worst. My 10 month old child was fussy at one point and a few service people would walk by and give dirty angry looks. We will not return for any sort of business. More
