Great Service - Express Lane and Service Department Overall I stopped in to see Robyn in the Express Lane. She was quick to get me in and to make me feel welcome and taken care of. She suggested I spend some time in the new waiting area. It was beautiful and even had charging cables for my devices, so I could work while I waited!! She and the service department took great care of me!! I stopped to visit Terry and Debbie and the service department while I was in - I needed to schedule a visit to check on a UConnect Bluetooth issue, and was able to make an appt with no problem. See you on the 30th of Dec! I also stopped to see Bruce Ryan and his wife in finance as well! Always great to see the many friendly members of the team! More

Just a real pleasure to work with Terry. He goes above and beyond to make sure you understand exactly what they are doing to your car and how long it will take. Would not hesitate to bring our Dodge Charger or Jeep (recently purchased from this dealer in Sept) in for service at Vatland knowing Terry will be there to handle everything.
