We bought a 2021 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo for a first - Chris Gallagher

We bought a 2021 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo for a first car for our 16 year old daughter. The priority was a safe reliable vehicle in great shape and lower miles. The jeep we focused on was very nice and we agreed on a deal but I asked the Sales Manger Tony Nachef to reinfect the rear tires because they were clearly worn more than the front. He assured me he would. We came back to get the Jeep and intended on it being a surprise ! The rear tires were still on it and when I asked Tony told me this car went through a rigorous inspection that all the preowned cars go through and on and on about how safety and quality is number one at Wallace. He assured me the tire wear is within acceptable range. We took the car and a week later it is broken with bad fuel pump leaving our 16 year old stranded. We brought the car to Napleton jeep in palm Beach Gardens because it’s close to us and the jeep would not make it to Stuart. During the inspection at Napleton the first item that is a concern is the rear tire wear and date of the tires (2021) . Napleton took a great informative video showing the tire wear gauge and clear as day the unacceptable tire wear. Mind you the Car still is broken. We purchased a vehicle warranty from Wallace assured it was a great warranty and coverage. I have called Wallace 5 times and left messages with the receptionist ( who is very nice and apologetic) for Tony and or the Service Manager Ross to call me to discuss what could have been a easy discussion and remedy for a unfortunate error in their inspection process. The car has been down and unusable for 2 weeks. The warranty company still has not approved the repairs and the worst part is NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK FROM WALLACE!!! I guess buying a certified Low mileage Jeep from Wallace is NOT a decision anyone should make!! So I am left to sit and write bad reviews on every site I can think of and let everyone I know may experience at Wallace. They are all about the sale no matter what it takes!! No after sale service or consideration. Extremely bad and unreliable staff and zero professionalism. 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Chris Gallagher

they were ready for me. - lennymordell

they were ready for me. There was a good place to wait, but I decided to take their offer to be brought home by one of their vehicle vehicles. I was told they would pick me up, but it was more convenient for me to get a ride back

The Gator Dodge Collision Center is Second to None! I brough my 2022 Dodge Durango there for the front bumper repair and hood upgrade. Chris and his Team are complete Professionals, knowlegeable, and Accurate! The communication was the best I have ever delt with from a Dealership. I would please ask that this Team be recognized by the Dealer itself for the Teams Outstanding Service! Their Attitude, attention to detail, and customer service were so impressive that I brought my Ford Expedtion in to them for the rear bumper reapir and paint! Absoulte perfection!!!
