I like the way that you have remodeled the waiting lounge area. One thing that used to drive me crazy was that you were kind of trapped with this loud, annoying TV. That is no longer the case. Now I can sit there and relax. And the availability of the coffee fountain and root beer fountain is a nice touch. I have really liked the ability to drive right up to the express lane for my oil changes since I got the vehicle. Overall, I enjoy visiting your facility. More

Comparisons are invevitable! I travel back and forth from Louisvlle KY to Vero Beach FL on a regular basis so i need to get the oil changed in my Dodge Ram pickup in both places. The dealer in Louisville needs to take lessons on how to treat customers from the Vatland Service folks in Vero. Just a pleasant experience all around - they listened to my my need to get it done quickly and even honored my coupon (even though i forgot to bring it with me!). I run my own business and know that service like that is not an occasional occurrence - it HAS to be part of the everyday culture there. It's easy to see that is the case here! Great job folks! More
