Came in after going all the way to Beaverton to look for a truck with no success or very positive sales luck. Came to Vancouver ford and met with Steve Bushey. Steve was very accommodating and let us take out a new Ford Ranger for a spin. You see, I was buying a truck for my son who just got married, bought a new house and I wanted to get them a Ford crew cab truck for a “future” family and at the same time a nice work vehicle. We loved the truck and Steve stayed late so I could pay for it and get it home that night. Thanks Steve for the great service!! Tim the Service Advisor has been incredible! I have a brand new Mustang Mach E. I’ve had it towed twice to VF. (No issues with the car). My new car high went to a buzz kill very quickly. My check engine light came on. I called and was told that the diagnosis tech was not available but they would put a note on my service call that was in 7 days. I did not want to drive with the check en that the diagnosis tech was not available but they would put a note on my service call that was in 7 days. I did not want to drive with the check engine light on so I took it to Jiffy lube. It took 10 minutes to do the engine diagnosis. A fuel injector had come loose and they plugged it in. When I went to my service appointment, The girl noticed the note on my slip and told my that the diagnosis tech was not available but could make an appointment for January. I said they could run the diagnosis while the car was being serviced just to make sure. She said they could not. They were backed up. This was not quality service. More
