Our salesperson, Dean Barber, greeted us as soon as we walked into the showroom. We indicated that we were specifically interested in two A4s that were listed online; Dean brought one to the showroom for walked into the showroom. Dean was personable and knowledgeable. We asked Dean to work up a purchase price based on the trade of our 2005 A6 which he and the sales manager, Karl Pugh, took care of within a reasonable amount of time. We did not finance the car but had a pleasant experience with the finance person who took care of what seemed to be a mountain of paper work in short order. We do wish that he were not obligated to try so hard to sell us protection policies that are costly and that we do not want. Before we left, Dean efficiently demonstrated the unique features of our new A4, and our car was in tip-top shape when we drove it away. More

Cliff & Mel have been very attentive to all aspects of caring for my 12 year of Audi Wagon. I am a widowed Sr. citizen & I feel secure each Spring &Fall that my car is in the best shape possible (for of caring for my 12 year of Audi Wagon. Service was great and the staff was friendly as always. I got a free loaner, totally hassle free. That is much appreciated. In addition the car was cleaned and washed after the oil change. Also I had gotten a little tan paint on the front left side of my vehicle. I pointed that out to my service advisor. When I picked the car up, the paint was cleaned up and taken care of. You could not tell that the tan paint was ever there. I was very happy this was taken care of! Your team goes the extra mile! Thank you! More
I would never recommend you take your vehicle for service at Valley Audi. I can not complain about the actual work completed. I have had my car serviced there several times. The main problem is getting past the desk, specifically dealing with Jennifer. After cutting my vacation short to make my scheduled service appointment, I was met my Jennifer who obviously is not happy with anything, especially after I reminded her that my vehicle was a fleet vehicle and she would need to take a couple extra steps in the check in process. I would have let this go but it was not the first run in I had with her attitude. I let it go in the past, trying to take the high road. Today her attitude was taken way too far. My car had been serviced ther on several occasions with no issue with other front desk attendants. She embarrassed me in front of other customers by slamming the phone around and huffing and puffing. I asked why she always had to get an attitude about this when no one else ever did and she just mumbled something I couldn't understand. At that point I walked away to cool off before I said something inappropriate. The other sad part of this situation was I was also there to pick out a new vehicle. My Fleet vehicle is up for renewal at 70,000 miles. I brought my car in today with 69,161 miles. Unfortunately due to my experience and the lack of in-action from Managment (Mr. Shapiro), I left without my car being serviced and a new picked out vehicle. I spoke to Mr. Shapiro about an hour after my arrival. My car service had still not began and due to the response (or lack there of for my concerns) I opted not to allow my Company to give them another dollar. After departing the facility I called my Fleet Administrator directly. They informed me that there was a dispute over .90 cents!!!! They have all recorded conversations with the Valley. The last correspondence was Jennifer saying "I am done with ..." (I am leaving my Fleet Companies name out.) My administrator was very apologetic and did not understand why the situation had gotten so out of control. According to Mr. Shapiro, Valley does not like working with Fleet Companies because the apparently like to negotiate prices. His words were, "Our business will not be dictated by what others want". Let me say again the my fleet Company had always paid what was asked without hesitation. There had never been an issue prior to today. Let me say again, the issue was .90 cents. I truly hope something is done about this. I know first hand that this was not the first incident with this individual. The words used today were "Jennifer has done it again". I myself am in the Sales industry. I take good customer service very seriously. It is sad that a Company like this would allow themselves to be represented by such individual. More
