The best of the best buying experience is Valley Motors. I found a 300SLK on line and took my wife to look at it. We traded her "Baby" 230SLK in for a newer model. Our salesman "Shady Samy" was very easy to work with. He took time to understand our needs and quickly got us to our price and ultimate purchase. After the sale, Shady was quick to thank us for making his day and went out of his way to make my wife comfortable with her new "Baby". The whole process took a few hours during which time our new car was prepped and we flew through all of the Paperless Work with a delightful young financial person named Janelle Wiegand. I run my own business and appreciate the professionalism shown by the folks we dealt with at Valley Motors. In case you are interested, the Worst of the Worst was a new Mazda 3 purchase in April 2014, at Heritage Mazda in Lutherville, MD. More

He accepted an offer if I could drive there the same week. The place is more than one hour away. Took off work together with my wife the next day; drove in heavy traffic and when we got there we were presented with paperwork on a different car with double the mileage and different packages. "I thought it was the black one! The other one was sold two days ago..." As of this date the ad for the car is still active on their website plus autotrader plus cars.com, etc. More

I called to schedule my 25,000 mile service I called for my 25,000 mile service and was quite surprised that I had to wait 3 weeks until they could fit me in. They told me they were behind because of the snow. I could understand 1 week, but 3 weeks? As a small business owner, if this happened to me, I would either add people or extend hours to get the wait time reduced as long as it did not affect profit too significantly. As it was, I ended up getting my car serviced T 26,000 miles and my oil level was approaching the minimum on the gauge. Once I got my car in, the service was terrific, as it was just an oil &filter change, tire rotation, and fluid refills. Melvin was as accommodating as he could possibly be. Tom Decker More

But they don't really discuss a couple of the charges unique to leases - $695 acquisition fee and a $350 disposition fee if you don't purchase the vehicle at the end of the term. Thought I got a good deal, except for those fees. I've only had the car for less than 2 days, but so far it's awesome! More
