When looking to order a 2014 Audi Q5 TDI we cold walked into Hunt Valley and met Ryan. Of all of the car salesmen we worked with in Maryland between Baltimore and DC, Ryan stood out as the most friendly, g into Hunt Valley and met Ryan. We also found him extremely fair and "normal" to deal with when negotiating. My wife really preferred working with him because he was the only salesman she ran into who treated her as an equal and knowledgable participant throughout the buying process (other salesmen we dealt with felt it necessary to show her how to operate the turn signals during test drives...). As we progressed through the process, Ryan moved at our speed and took the right cues on what we were looking for and what he needed to do to get our business - he was the only salesman we didn't need call out for not providing data in the format we asked during the negotiation process (which was mostly by email since 2014 pricing wasn't even out when we were negotiating). My wife and I would both highly recommend Ryan specifically to anyone seeking to buy an Audi in the DC/Baltimore area. More

I had 3 bad experiences with used dealers in Atlanta so I was skeptical calling a dealership out of town. From the moment Shady answered the call, he was SO helpful, SO professional and SO knowledgeable about their vehicles. I bought the car sight unseen because Shady handled the transaction and interaction with me via phone so GREAT! Shady's communication was fantastic and I cannot say enough good things about how everyone at the dealership handled the purchase and treated me (especially being a woman) like everyone else. I took my Subaru in because the airbag light was going on and I needed to have it checked. While there, I asked how much an oil change would be and was quoted a reasonable, though a bit on the high side, pr and I needed to have it checked. When I picked up the car, the oil change was about double what I'd been told--the extra charge for oil disposal was not revealed at the outset, which is dishonest. In addition, the smell of oil inside the car was overpowering and lasted for days. Unfortunately, I did not have time to take the car back to be cleaned. I'll never use them again. More

Purchased 2012 Audi A6 3.0T Prestige from Jason Grimm and Karl Pugh. I was shopping around for a luxury awd sedan and had just come from the BMW and Lexus dealers in Towson. I figured I'd look at the Aud Karl Pugh. I was shopping around for a luxury awd sedan and had just come from the BMW and Lexus dealers in Towson. I figured I'd look at the Audi just for fun, even though it wasn't on my list. Jason Grimm greeted me and showed me the new A6. Wow, what a car! He was very friendly and patiently answered all my questions, then took me on the best test drive. SOLD!!! I ordered the car the next week and got a great price. Jason and Karl worked with me to select the best options and really did everything to ensure I was happy. I was extremely happy! Upon delivery, Jason showed me how to operate everything in the car and stayed past closing to make sure I was comfortable with operating the vehicle. It's only been a couple weeks, but I've already gone back just to tell them how much I love my new car. More

Ms. Harley & Mr. Ebrahimi made my husband and I feel valued. They were attentive to our needs in terms of the desired features of the vehicle. We were not fed a bunch of jargon, but were treated as highly regarded working class citizens. We were appreciated. Mr. Ebrahimi was willing to accept a trade, and is willing to accept a future trade for a car I amm interested in. Ms. Harley was extremely occomodating, friendly, patient, and quite knowledgeable about the car. She took the time to answer every question we posed. She detailed features to include, overall operations of the car, option packages, and was a tremendous help with the set up of our cell phones and garage opener. My husband and I have partnered with Valley motors since 2000, and the customer service has always been #1 hands down. This visit speaks volumes of the epitome of excellent customer service- WE TRULY HAD A WOW EXPERIENCE AND LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING WITHIN A FEW MONTHS. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!!! More
Never had a decent service experience with this dealership. My 2008 Aud A4 has had many minor problems and a few major issues; the diagnostic services of the technicialns are not to be trusted. Ofter, It seems as if they are just guessing at what is the matter, and charging me money to eliminate the possibilites, while still not fixing the actual problem. In all cases I have learned more from my research on the internet than the delarship could figure out. I am through taking my car to Valley Motors... they are incompetent at best, or downright dishonest at worst. More
A few years ago I purchased my 2007 Audi A4 from Valley Motors and was delighted with the level of service and deal that I received. When I returned to trade my 2007 A4 in for a 2011 Audi Q5, I met with Re Motors and was delighted with the level of service and deal that I received. When I returned to trade my 2007 A4 in for a 2011 Audi Q5, I met with Renzy, the Internet Sales Manager. After test driving the Q5 (and loving it), we started to work the numbers for the car. My trade in value was far below KBB values I researched, and they only wanted to offer $1,000 off sticker. So far I wasn't impressed because I was being offered nothing for being a potential repeat customer. After trying to work with Renzy and the sales manager on the numbers, it was decided that my payment would simply be too high based on my trade in value and the price of the car. Instead of trying to continue to work with me on this, he tried to push me into buying another Audi A4, since they are cheaper and not as hot of an item. Renzy was not professional when negotiating, sometimes yelling to the sales manager from a distance of 10 feet or more. Not the level that one would expect at an Audi dealership. So, I left and never even gave that dealership another thought. I took my business elsewhere and chose to buy my Q5 at Criswell Audi, where I got a better deal and the staff was more professional. On a separate note, when I did own my 2007 Audi A4, I had Audi Care for routine maintenance and took my vehicle to be serviced at Valley Motors. Although the sales staff brags about service loaners, they are on a first come first serve basis, so there is no reserving a loaner. If you want a loaner, you better get there at 7:30am when they open. The loaners that they give are also rarely Audi's. I often was put into a Subaru Forrester as a loaner (not a bad car, but also not an Audi). On one occasion I took my vehicle in because the cigarette lighter was broken (which I used for my GPS). Since it was under FULL Warranty at the time, I dropped it off to be fixed. When I returned, the Service Assistant Manager Melvin told me that this is usually just due to a blown fuse, which is not covered under the warranty. They failed to mention this when I dropped off the car and explained the problem, and wanted to charge me $60 to diagnose the problem and change the fuse!!! More
