This is my second purchase with Valley Honda, they were very upfront about their new car pricing and no forced add ons, no extra dealer charges or surprise fees which I’ve encountered at places like Naplet very upfront about their new car pricing and no forced add ons, no extra dealer charges or surprise fees which I’ve encountered at places like Napleton (buyer beware), they worked with me on my trade in to get to where I want to be. They will still offer extended warranty which I thought was a very good price. Also the whole process still took a little more than 4 hrs. I wanna thank Steve Grady for being patient with me and for keeping everything simple and straightforward. Will definitely keep Valley Honda again in mind on my next Honda purchase and will recommend to friends and family! More

Valley Honda sales people are bit different than those at most Honda dealers in the Chicago area. Maybe it's because they're employee owned but they seem more professional, more well trained. My sales person was Megha and she was extremely prompt, from the first email I sent asking for a quote, to follow ups all the way to when I was picking up the car and leaving with it. I really appreciated the transparency in the sales process. There was no pressure to add on things I didn't want, no hidden fees that showed up as we were signing the paperwork. I would definitely do business with them again. I can't talk about their service department because we haven't used it, but the sales department is exceptional. More
