My purchase of a 2026 Honda Passport was a great experience. I went to a dealer in another state to do some pre-work before traveling back to IL so my first contact was via email and text to resear experience. David helped me through the process providing information on the models and the costs. I was pleasantly surprised that there were essentially no hidden fees when we reviewed the costs. I reserved the car prior to traveling back to IL and David had the car ready and waiting for me when I arrived. He explained all of the features of the car and took me quickly through the paperwork (one of my requests was that this - buying a car - didn't turn into an all day activity). When David was done I had a quick interaction with Rose Hernandez - Finance Mgr. - who was also very helpful in finalizing the transaction. Kind of a non-traditional way to purchase a car but still was a great experience! More
