He made me feel comfortable and wasn’t trying to push anything extra. He made sure i got what I was looking for and went through comparisons between the different models as well as compared the new version to my current car, which is a 2017 CRV touring. Valley Honda sales people are bit different than those at most Honda dealers in the Chicago area. Maybe it's because they're employee owned but they seem more professional, more well trained. My sales person was Megha and she was extremely prompt, from the first email I sent asking for a quote, to follow ups all the way to when I was picking up the car and leaving with it. I really appreciated the transparency in the sales process. There was no pressure to add on things I didn't want, no hidden fees that showed up as we were signing the paperwork. I would definitely do business with them again. I can't talk about their service department because we haven't used it, but the sales department is exceptional. More

I bought my CRV new in 2013 from this dealership. Great experience in purchasing my car as a single woman. I have brought my car to this service department for all of its maintenance. I am always treated with respect, not talked down to and the biggest thing, not forced into any unnecessary repairs. In the last 12 years I have dealt with every service rep. and have never had anything but exceptional service. To their credit I recently rolled over 200,000 miles, and my CRV is still going strong.Thank you everyone at Valley Honda!! More
