Paul really knows his cars , the turnaround time is great and the workmanship is top, top notch. Never had an issue! Jist of the story : attempted to purchase a new 2016 model with full payment up front, dealer decided to add extra charges after price was agreed on and after wasting hours of our time. The reason we decided to go here is purely out of convenience. They were one of the lower quotes we received, so figured they're the closest to us so let's go there. We were attempting to buy this car as a gift for family. Called Friday and was given a price on a vehicle. I called again Saturday morning to go over everything we discussed. Drove down there in the afternoon. Did two test drives. Went inside the office. Started signing papers. Provided personal information to run a credit check. Spent a couple hours at the dealership. And when we were just about done, the manager walks in with not so surprising news. Apparently there were added options that somehow didn't make their way onto the sticker price of the car and was never disclosed to us at any time during the sale. It only became evident after wasting so much time, maybe they figured they've committed this long, lets squeeze them of more money. We express our concerns to the salesman, and what they're doing is beyond disrespectful. The manager kept telling us it's such a great deal even with the surprise added cost and we should just take it anyway. First of all I would like to say how wonderful my sales-woman, Gina Plescia - Internet Manager, was!! I was looking for a 2007 Scion Tc. I found one online from their dealer; I called and spoke with Gina. She had such an upbeat tone in her voice on the phone; I was excited to meet her. When I got there she was exactly what I expected, upbeat with a great attitude and made me feel as if my buying process was a priority to her. After test driving the vehicle I decided that was the car I wanted. During the long finance process, she was with me the whole time, I felt like I really got to know her. I even sat down with the Finance Manager and even though he was doing his job to sell the car at a higher price, he did everything he could to make me happy. I left there at night after a long and tiring day feeling like I was at the top of the world. I truly and honestly felt like every one assisted me with my best interest at hand. I highly recommend this dealership and I am likely to purchase from there again in the future! More
I walked into the dealership looking for a specific vehicle. I wanted a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport with a manual transmission. They had a black one in stock. After test driving it I decided to buy vehicle. I wanted a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport with a manual transmission. They had a black one in stock. After test driving it I decided to buy one. I was looking for a different color. We decided to take the black one after they offered some extras, such as scotchguard protection for 5 years and a roof rack - all for nothing. I used the AAA fleet discount price and got a great rate on the financing. I have since been contacted by the dealership asking how I'm doing and is there anything that they can do. I don't feel like a number, I really appreciate their thoughtfulness and desire to please the customer. Thomas Lee More
I recently purchased a very nice used Honda Element from Glendale Mitusbishi. I found two low mileage units on Auto Trader. One dealer wanted a bit much for theirs. It was not the color I wanted regard Glendale Mitusbishi. I found two low mileage units on Auto Trader. One dealer wanted a bit much for theirs. It was not the color I wanted regardless. I then contacted internet sales at Glendale Mitsubishi and set up an appointment with Gina to see their vehicle. I'm located about a hundred miles from Glendale so I didn't want to drive up there and find the car had been sold. I drove up day after Christmas to look over the car and take it for a test drive. Gina was off that day so I met with Jojo for the inspection and test drive. The Carfax report was right in the window and the service records were in the glove box. Car was well taken car of and was recently serviced at Glendale Mitsubishi with oil change, new air filter, and the cabin air filters had also been replaced. Car looked and drove like new. After a brief negotiation with Jojo and Armen the general manager, I wrote them a deposit check for the Element and left. I returned the next day with a cashiers check for the balance and within an hour or so I was on the 5 driving back home. I should mention that they even filled the gas tank which they didn't have to do. The most difficult part of the deal was the three and a half hour drive each way two days in a row. I am very happy with the purchase and purchase experience. I would highly recommend giving Glendale Mitsubishi a look for a new or used vehicle. More
Overall my experience was good, I went there in the past and had a HORRIBLE service. A blonde woman with and accent and a man was working that day and they both had no clue what they were doing. Every time I tried to ask about my brakes or prices the woman had no clue on how to answer my questions. The man kept giving me prices that were so high and was unwilling or unable to explain why or what costed so much and break it down. My husband and I went for lunch and told the guy to call us when he knew the details for the brakes, and then to let us know when the car would be ready since we were waiting around for it....an hour went by I called and nothing. 2 hours went by and I called and no one answered the phone. I was so angry!!! I just wanted my car and to know about the brakes so I know what to do and move on with the rest of my saturday. When he finally called back he gave me a quote for the brakes and then told me it would be another hour if I chose to do it. I said NO! I just want my car and leave. I make it a point to only go to the dealer to get my care repaired, because I want to make sure I get quality service. The only reason I went back to this location is because it is the only dealer close to my house. THANK GOODNESS!!! For Chris being there. SO helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, quick, polite, gave me the break down, and when it would be ready. Hiring this guy made it to where I will for sure be back, Thank you for bringing him on board!!! And for not having the other two there, especially the woman who was useless. My only complaint is this: It is not Chris's fault but the technicians fault. I dropped off my car with low tire pressure specifically telling him to adjust it because the light was on. He said it is a mandatory thing that they have to do to do state law. Well when I picked up my car it was still on. Tire was soooo low. It's fine because I went to the gas station to fill it back up myself but I wish they would have done it when I asked them and when they said they would do it. Maybe they need to inspect the car properly before picking it up. I pay more to get it repaired at the dealer I EXPECT everything to be done when asked other wise I could go some where else or even cheaper to get my brakes done. More
I went to get oil and filter change. I was immediately attended to and I was treated well. My car had the 27 Point inspection report completed and I had a comfortable lounge area and was able to do some w attended to and I was treated well. He also noticed that one of my tires had a cut on it and advised me to change it to be safe which I changed today. Thatis what customers want. I'm impressed and appreciated it. Thank you.
