Jose tried to sneak a end of term lease maintenance agreement by me and refused to deduct it. I just drove 60 miles to pick up my new vehicle, informed my insurance company of the transfer. I should have been informed of this requirement at time of purchase not at delivery. More

This wasn’t a small purchase. Even if it was,, Know one should feel that way and he shouldn’t do that to anybody else no matter what the concern. If he was a nice and good salesman, he would have at least offer me and present to me other options and I possibly have walked out of there with even a bigger purchase, who knows.
