Brought my new 2024 Palisade in for its first oil change - 2 hours later and nobody has even touched the car !! I’m never getting the services I was promised so this is definitely an issue with the service - 2 hours later and nobody has even touched the car !! I was deceived by this dealership, I thought that I was paying 20,000.00 for my car and was charged nearly 3,000.00 more! They also deceived me on the trade in value of my old car!
