Although we knew that a Subaru was one of our top choices, we were not going to make a decision until we had checked other possibilities. But Eric made us feel very comfortable and at ease, with no pressure, just a friendly approach that brought us back the next day with the confidence that we had found a very personable agent that we could trust. Eric was very informative and engaging, questioned us about what we really needed in a car and then demonstrated why a Subaru was the perfect fit for us, and it is. Even after the sale Eric checked in with us to find out if we had any questions or concerns about the car.
