On the whole, a good experience Pros: 1. When our 2010 Forester clutch failed in downtown Barre, the car was towed to Twin City where I was immediately given a loaner, a new Crosstre Pros: 1. When our 2010 Forester clutch failed in downtown Barre, the car was towed to Twin City where I was immediately given a loaner, a new Crosstrek, while awaiting repair. The vehicle was available to us five days with no pressure to return it. 2. Joe Sweeney was available to us on his day off, maintaining contact by cell phone , as we worked on finding a new Subaru to replace the Forester. 3. Twin City matched the Outback deal we found at Subaru Brattleboro, and Dominic Cerminara in Service matched a much lower clutch repair estimate from The Auto Clinic. 4. Communication from all Twin City employees was excellent. Our questions and concerns were answered by phone quickly, often within minutes. 5. When the Outback we wanted was not available at Twin City, the dealership located one in Connecticut, and had it ready to go the same week Saturday. 6. Twin City's winter tire coupon was a money-saver, even beating online tire deals. Cons: 1. We were never told during our initial Twin City inquiries that a zero % deal was available on Outbacks. We found out through Subaru Brattleboro, and then Twin City acknowledged it. 2. We were informed that Saturday was unavailable to close out paperwork and receive the new Outback. When we informed Twin City that this would cause a delay of 10 days due to our travel plans, Saturday suddenly became acceptable. More
