Also, we would have been very interested in purchasing after-market accessories, like a hitch, and including this in our financing package, but these were not offered and we didn't think to ask at the time, so be sure to ask for what you want and insist if you need to. Otherwise, very friendly, easy to work with, and overall very fair with out trade in. Joe and Chris in particular were excellent to work with! They gave us a great deal and excellent sales service. It fit all the parameters and we went on a 45 minute long trip to see the car. The trip became much longer as my car began to overheat repeatedly. In the end, a 45 minute trip became over 2 hours long. My boyfriend called Doug at Twin City Subaru and explained the problem: it was nearing their closing time on a Saturday evening and we had no way to get back on my entirely-broken car. It was time to buy a new car, now! Doug told us not to worry and to get there when we got there. When we finally made it, it was very nearly closing time. Both Doug Smith and Chris Davis had stayed to make sure we could make a purchase that night, if we wanted to. In just about two hours, they managed to take me through the entire process of test driving and financing a used car, trading in my used car, and setting me up with all the correct documents and temporary plates. They did all this in a friendly and professional manner, and took the time to answer all my questions. Thanks to the Doug Smith and Chris Davis, I was able to drive out of the dealership in record time on a Saturday evening in a used car I wanted. More
