I recently purchased a Subaru Crosstrek and had what I would consider the best car buying experience to date. Mike Rivet was phenomenal in handling all of my questions and concerns. I knew I wanted a new Subaru, but wasn't sure which one to choose. Mike took the time to lean about the needs of our family and our budget and fund the best fit for us. He was also very in tune with what I liked and wouldn't let me "settle" for anything else. As a family man himself he knew what would work best for our family needs. He is far from your stereotypical salesman and I have never laughed so much in buying a car. Stacey also took the time to walk me through the financial options to be sure we stayed in a payment range that fit our needs. Let's be honest...the car buying process can be grueling and frustrating, but that was not the case at Twin City Subaru. It was an amazing experience and I am very happy to be back in a Subaru. Every one was very friendly. I went in looking to upgrade from a finicky Mazda protege, and left happy with a certified pre-owned Subaru Impreza. Overall my experience at the dealership with Mike, Chris and Stacey was positive and now I actually enjoy driving in the snow. I went on line, and mad contact with Jeff Moser & Chris Davis. I made an appointment to test drive an Impreza i picked out on line. Jeff was very helpful, had the car all warmed up for my test drive and I was extremely pleased with the car. Jeff worked with me on all my needs and we completed the deal with ease. I'm going to recommend Twin City Subaru very highly to anyone who asks about my experience there. More

When I needed a car I immediately thought of them and was not disappointed in the service and followup that occurred whe them to be extremely honest. Tony Fletcher did a great job selling me a new car because he really listened to me. Every question I had was answered with sincerity and "top" knowledge. He even told me why the Crosstrek Xv had that unusual name. As uncomfortable as buying a car can be, Tony made me feel comfortable with my decision. He repeated that my monthly payments would be close to $200/month, and it ended up at $209/month due to my decision to include the ProtectAll service. The only negative comment is that I had an accident, yesterday, during the snow storm! I was on a back road and due to a temporary whiteout I drove into a pretty deep ditch. I know I will need a front left bumper. Luckily, I'm ok and was rescued by an understanding guy who assessed the situation quickly and then pulled me out (with the rear towing tool that you people showed me at the dealership). I would purchase again, possibly in six years...if I get a good trade-in value. More

While I like Twin City, the best part is dealing with Jim Glas and had my cars serviced there as well and have always had a very postive experience. He's genuinely concerned that I get what I want with no pressure and he makes the process easy and, I might add, even fun! So buy your cars at Twin City and especially from Jim Glassford. More

My wife and I went to Twin City Subaru just looking. She was due for a new car and she wanted to try out a couple of Subies. Tony Fletcher approached us in the lot and offered to assist. I let him know we were just looking and I asked for Jeff Moser as I had worked with him a couple of years ago in purchasing my Outback. Tony indicated Jeff was working with another customer and he'd be glad to help unless I wanted to wait for Jeff. Thinking we were only looking, we chose not to wait. We then took a test drive with Tony - 2014 Forester. Sweet car. My wife and I both really liked the car. Jeff was not pushy, very informative and actually fun to work with. He knew we were only looking but offered to price it and see how good of a deal they could offer. After a bit of haggling a price was agreed upon and we bought it on the spot. No pressure for the extras even though they made sure they were all offered. We are now a two Subie family! Gotta love it! Over the past 2 years with my Outback, Twin City Subaru has been excellent in the service department. You can't go wrong with Twin City. Be sure to ask for Tony (or Jeff - he too was excellent) for your next Subaru - they will treat you right. More
