I had also been to another Subaru dealership with such poor results I found myself looking at Ford, Jeep, and Chrysler products. I was pretty much set on a purchase but decided to give Subaru one more try. That's when I called Twin City and met with Joe Sweeney. Joe is such an easy going guy, I felt totally as ease with our negotiating and I felt that he understood what my needs were and made suggestions that were exactly right for me. In a couple of hours I had a new car. No game playing, no stress. Even after the purchase, Joe has continued to be a concerned and helpful source as I navigate the various issues of car ownership. Once again, Jim proved to be an excellent salesman. Although we made up our mind following the test drive, Jim followed up and got us answers to all outstanding questions, rather than make something up on the spot (fresh 2015 model, so it is normal that not all random questions about alternate parts have a ready answer.) Jim took care of everything relating to financing, trade, transfer and custom prep and we had our new ride ready to go next day. More

Mike said he'd ended up in a vehicle that wasn't a good fit for his family and knew how I felt. There was no pressure, he asked if we'd like to close on the deal that day and my husband said if its good today will it be on Monday and they did. Mike was really easy to get along with, had us laughing, answered our questions, and was just a really nice guy. I would totally recommend Mike to anyone buying a vehicle. More
