I emailed Twin City with some interest and the next day, in the SNOW, Dan Barone made an iMovie of a car I was looking at! I am a teacher and couldn't talk on the phone with him but we emailed throughout the day. He answered every single question I had and was transparent in the entire process. None of those car salesman "tricks of the trade" were needed. I felt like he heard exactly what I was looking for and he did the leg work to make sure I got what I needed. He explained the all of the options and gave me plenty of time to make up my mind. And then after I chose a red Forester and he wrote up the entire transaction, he didn't even get frustrated when I decided at the last minute to buy a black Forester instead. He just went, got me a better price on the black model, and wrote up all the paperwork on that one. Great service. Great salesman. I love Twin City Subaru. More

Our son went the extra distance from home and purchased his Subaru from Twin City and recommended them highly. We decided to schedule a test drive at Twin City and called and talked to Jim Glassford. Jim took care of everything. We dealt with him via phone calls, email and in person and received the same great attention to detail from start to finish. We have never had such a positive experience buying a car before! Both Jim and Desmond in finance were awesome; we felt like they were working for US, not the dealership.
