Dealership charged us over the maximum price for a part that we needed. Was disrespected when the person asked how MANY credit cards we’d be paying with, the person then failed to inform us beforehand that that we needed. I will not be bringing my car back here in the future. Overpriced and completely awful customer service with people who lack common respect. More

We had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and computer update. Sat in the waiting room for 4 hours and 45 minutes. When we arrived they said it would be about an hour. You have a smart thief in your system. I had Crew Car Wash tickets stolen. They left the empty booklet so I would not notice. Until my next wash which was yesterday 4/16. $88 value!!!!
