This time we had a a trade in though and everyone knows that dealerships are notorius for low balling trade ins, so we were a little scared. However, Jim was able to get us a fair price for my wife's vehicle. Additionally, he provided the same great customer service as he had done previously. I had communicated with Jim throughout the day via phone, text and email to ensure that once we got there most of the paperwork would be completed. We spent a total of an hour again which included the test drive of the vehicle! We were looking at a CX-9 and CX-7, and we ended up deciding on the CX-7 Grand Touring. As when I purchased my Mazda 6, the CX-7 was in pristine condition. This dealership obviously does a great job of picking out the best used vehicles to sell. Lastly, I again was introduced to John Patterson, the owner of the dealership. John was warm and friendly again and remembered me from when I had purchased my Mazda 6 in 2011.
