The purchase experience was nice on Sunday, July 21, however I realized on Monday I left my CDs in my trade in and I called to report it. Alex would take a look in the car. I stopped by the dealer on Tu however I realized on Monday I left my CDs in my trade in and I called to report it. Alex would take a look in the car. I stopped by the dealer on Tuesday and I was informed there were no CDs in the car. I went to the car myself and found the cd changer empty. Alex had no idea what happened to them so I asked for the manager. I felt the manager, Mike, brushed me off saying people always leave stuff behind because they don’t want them. I told him I do want them and I expect them back. He said he would speak the used dealer person and give me a call on Wednesday. The day is now ending and he never called me back. Instead I got messages from the sales person, Nick, insisting the car was empty. It takes time to Eject all six CDs, they don’t all eject at the same time. I would like them back or be compensated for them. One of the CDs was autographed by the singer, it had meaning to me. Please have someone call me back tomorrow with a solution. More
