1. He dealer did not offer the Costco Auto Program discount per contract with Costco for model NX 350h. Reason for not fulfilling the deal: low inventory (if we didn't want to buy at regular price, discount per contract with Costco for model NX 350h. Reason for not fulfilling the deal: low inventory (if we didn't want to buy at regular price, others would). 2. False advertisement of the Prepaid Maintenance package. The sale manager did not provide the detailed job description in each service (e.g. 5K, 10K, 15K, etc.) when being asked to provide the documents. Instead, he talked about all the items that would be performed on the car when it is in the shop. However, when comparing the actual job description for each service on Lexus website, the information is different from what were told by the sale manager. In addition, the sale manager did not inform us about additional cost when increasing the Resistall 360 package from 3 years to 7 years. He said he did it as a favor to us. We ended up canceling both packages since we felt like we were cheated into buying them in the first place. Bad experience overall. More
