Nery is an excellent salesperson, upfront and honest about all costs. I can’t say the same about Greg in financing. I did not want the Resistall 360 but was told by Nery it was already applied at the co about all costs. I can’t say the same about Greg in financing. I did not want the Resistall 360 but was told by Nery it was already applied at the cost of $998. After the whirlwind digital signing of paperwork in financing, it wasn’t the same cost. When I went through all the paperwork the next morning, I noticed I was charged $1,134. Apparently $998 is for 5 yr coverage and $1,134 is for 7 yr coverage. Since I did not want the coverage at all, why would Greg charge me for 7 yr coverage? A very sly move. It was a small amount of money, but none the less, I am not happy with that move and cannot refer their dealership to any of my friends or neighbors. More
