The service manager Jennifer has got to be one of the lowest down people who has ever worked at Tuscaloosa Chevrolet my under aged 17year old minor son took our truck to be flashed is wat he told me and lowest down people who has ever worked at Tuscaloosa Chevrolet my under aged 17year old minor son took our truck to be flashed is wat he told me and instead of calling one of his parents to make sure they have permission to even touch it she runs up a bill of over 2000 dollars for wat I don’t have a clue for wat and then tells me I can’t have my truck so I wrote a review on another link and the owner addresses it and tells me that that’s not how they run there business and tells me to call back and talk to the manager and it would be addressed and I do so numerous times and either they tell me there in a meeting and will return my call or send me too a number that a recording comes up on and I leave my info and still no call back this has been going on for days and I need my truck more than ever. I can’t work a formal job due to my wife having stage 4 terminal liver /brain/and stomach cancer so I have to work side jobs which I’ve been loosing without it. If someone from Tuscaloosa Chevy could please have the manager call back it would be appreciated. 205/792-5936. Randy Nye. More

I would rate it lower if I could. We drove for hours to see a vehicle they had in stock. We went through our financing situation with the dealer also that we were out of state buyers We drove for hours to see a vehicle they had in stock. We went through our financing situation with the dealer also that we were out of state buyers. Once we got there what wasn't a issue before was now. The financing manger was dismissive to us. He sent our sales guy back to us the first time and said well your out of state we can get anything done. Then we sent our sales guy back to tell him we were prequalified by Capital One for the vehicle. Then he sent our sales guy back with a crazy high interest rate and payment. We decided to leave at this point. They called us before we left the lot to wait and asked about our down payment amount. We told them and they re run out stuff and it was still crazy high. By this point I was done with this financing manager. The sales guy was very nice though. So by this point we headed back home on our long drive. we got a call bout 30 mins later with another offer that was closer to what we were looking at. I still kept driving home. I text the sales guy about the car still over the weekend and week following. However he stopped texting me when I told him I was looking at another car and would take the best deal. After the embarrassment and my wife in tears I wouldn't have taken it if they gave it to me, We did find a car that was more expensive than the car they had with same miles and more bells and whistles. We drove 2 hours further to go get it. So if you are looking at a vehicle I would keep moving past Tuscaloosa Chevrolet. If you can call Sunset Ford its in St. Louis, MO. The team up there treated us with respect. At the end of the day we financed $2000 more over the same 72 mo. with a better APR % & GAP INS. for $75 less a month than Tuscaloosa Chevrolets best offer. While Jack was nice and helpful I recommend you steer clear of Tuscaloosa Chevrolet. More

My experience only validated everything I’ve been told about Tuscaloosa Chevrolet. I knew the reputation was that the dealership utilized deceptive practices and made every effort to inflate costs, often about Tuscaloosa Chevrolet. I knew the reputation was that the dealership utilized deceptive practices and made every effort to inflate costs, often after verbal assurances were made to the contrary. Tuscaloosa Chevrolet had been described to me as the stereotypical sleazy dealership that should be avoided. My instinct was always to give benefit of the doubt. However, in this case the rumors do seem to add up to the truth. More
