We have had so many issues I don't know where to start. The first time we took our vehicle in, the service department didn't follow our directions on not rotating the tires. They rotated the tires and then rotated them back to the original position after realizing we asked not to rotate. We addressed it with a service writer who got completely arrogant and challenged us to meet him in the parking lot. Took a while for a remedy to be taken care of and the promises weren't fulfilled either. We ended up paying for an oil change that we weren't supposed to pay for. We had a leak in the AC 2 times. They would suck out the freon and then tell us they couldn't find a leak. The service manager was horrible as far as his communication and acting like they tried everything. He was insulting and not offering any other solutions to find the link. Also made promises and then wouldn't follow through with them. We took it to a different dealership 25 minutes away and they found the link in less than 2 hours. That Dodge dealership earned our business. We will tell people to stay away from Turpin. More
Will NEVER purchase another car from them again. They do not stand behind their cars being sold. Service department was rude and had no eta when the car would be fixed because they are short staffed They do not stand behind their cars being sold. My wife and I were looking for a minivan a few years ago. When we walked on the lot we were ignored by the staff. We decided to go elsewhere after being left on the lot for about a half hour. Just recently I decided to give them another chance. I wanted to order a new truck. I walked into the dealership and I sat down with a sales person while another person took my truck for a ride so they could give me my trade value. It took close to a month to get a text from the sales person saying they were still working on my trade. It took me one day to get my trade value from another dealer. The level of service is horrible. Not just one bad experience but to have it happened twice? I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Years ago we made our first purchase at Turpin. We were so pleased with them we switched all of our company vehicles to Dodge so we could continue to do business at Turpin Dodge. Eventually our personal v so pleased with them we switched all of our company vehicles to Dodge so we could continue to do business at Turpin Dodge. Eventually our personal vehicles as well, and we have recommended them to family and friends. They are all nice to work from the time you enter the door through the final sale, making a purchase easy and smooth. We have also used the service department and body shop, again easy to work with, and the body shop does an amazing job. Took vehicle in for tranny repair and they didn't put it back together correctly..missing screws on air box, parts not connected to air box that should be and a few sensors not connected which cause the veh back together correctly..missing screws on air box, parts not connected to air box that should be and a few sensors not connected which cause the vehicle to run like crap...i had to inspect and fix all these things when I had the time off work..not a satisfied customer More

Terrible Service I bought a service plan and an additional warranty that covers: Tire & Wheel Protection, Alloy Wheel Cosmetic Repair, Paintless Dent Repair, Windshiel I bought a service plan and an additional warranty that covers: Tire & Wheel Protection, Alloy Wheel Cosmetic Repair, Paintless Dent Repair, Windshield Repiar, and Key Protection. First issue was when I had my husband take my van in to have the oil changed. They charged him for the oil change even though it was already paid for when I paid for the service plan. I contacted the dealership and it took awhile, but they eventually got back to me. I received a phone call from Adam, stating that he will figure out how the dealership would like to reimburse me and that he made a note on my file stating that I have a service plan. I never received any form of contact since then, and I never got my refund. Second incident, I had a tire valve break and had to have the tire pressure sensor replaced because of that. I was once again charged for that repair even though they have my warranty on file (it was bought through Turpin). I was given a bill that I have not paid, and I was also mailed a bill for it recently, which I will not be paying as I have coverage. I do NOT recommend ever buying a vehicle through Turpin or using their service department. More
