From the moment I walked in, I felt like they were very thorough in explaining their program, and giving me the best deal possible for my car. TruWorth took all the stress off of me having to advertise, allow test drives and negotiate pricing. I will recommend them to anyone looking to sell a car. More
My experience with TruWorth Auto was great. The staff was easy to talk to and straight forward no hidden fees or bait and switch tactics. They didn't try to steer me towards a different vehicle on the lot that was more expensive just worked with me on the vehicle I was looking to purchase. The process was very quick I was able to go to TruWorth Auto after looking at the vehicle online take it for a test drive and I purchased the vehicle in about an hour and a half. I was able to get great price on the vehicle I wanted and the staff was very friendly. When I am in the market for another vehicle I will look at TruWorth Auto first. More
I received a mailing from the dealership that sold me my car stating that they were interested in buying my car back. I had to go online and collect an equity coupon before going into the dealership. Honest car stating that they were interested in buying my car back. I had to go online and collect an equity coupon before going into the dealership. Honestly I didn't want to go back to the same dealership so I put the the coupon in my wallet and put the task off for a couple of weeks. After seeing a commercial for TruWorth Auto I thought to myself I want to know what my car is worth without any pressure of a pending trade in. I found the information I was looking for and more! TruWorth Auto's business plan is literally on every sales desk. They also compare the assessment of my car to a national auto dealer. I am currently driving a car with half the mileage with lower monthly payments, not to mention that they will share the profit from the sale of my previous vehicle. This was accomplished in three hours. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient (I had made an appointment the day before and called twice to say I was running late). Extremely satisfied customer, Dana - Indianapolis, IN More
I dealt with Nic Hardwick. Great experience. He was no-nonsense and no hassle; an approach I appreciated. He also offered various warranties and even discussed the xxxxxxand cons of each. Truworth has a completely new and different business model where the PRICE LISTED IS THE PRICE PAID plus taxes. No negotiations or haggling are allowed. The good news is that no dealer fees are involv model where the PRICE LISTED IS THE PRICE PAID plus taxes. No negotiations or haggling are allowed. The good news is that no dealer fees are involved either. I originally had a misunderstanding about this new business model thinking it was like most dealerships where the price was much higher than necessary and some negotiation was needed to achieve value. I drove to the dealership from out of town to purchase a difficult to find Jeep. It was when I arrived and wanted to buy the Jeep that I was confronted with a clear description of the new business model and that the price was not going to change one bit. This did not meet my expectations and I did feel deceived. They also left the Jeep under pine trees and sap had landed all over the cloth top, hood, side mirror and door. They promised to detail/clean it while I made the purchase; however, when I came out to drive it home, sap still remained. So I was originally very unsatisfied with my experience; however, TruWorth ENDED UP COMING THROUGH IN THE END. They worked with me to change the wording on their sales pitch to make it more clear that they do not haggle and they also are sending a check to have the Jeep cleaned to get the sap off. These things show they do value the customer and are not just about selling to reach a quota. I still feel they should market their new business model better since it is totally different than the competition. Use their technique to their and the customers' advantage and say things like, "We charge the price listed + taxes because we price our cars so aggressively. We save you the trouble of haggling and we don't charge any additional fees!! It couldn't be simpler! We want to change the used car business!" I only say that because TruWorth is so unique and people really do value this kind of model (me included). Knowing all this, there really is no pressure and would be a relaxing car buying experience compared to others I have experienced. Since TruWorth does truly value their customers and is willing to work with them to help them feel satisfied, I would certainly recommend them to others. More
I am truly grateful that I found Truworth Auto and Ron. I had a 1999 Saab with over 200,000 miles. I had limited income and limited credit history. I ended up in a vehicle far beyond what I dreamed possible. The car was a 2009 Ford Fusion SEL. It was fully loaded with a clean car fax and one owner. Truworth Auto has a great model that I assume others like CarMax will soon follow. Unlike CarMax, you can browse the cars on the lot. Truworth sells the cars at $2000 below Kelly Blue Book and there is no haggling. Some people actually enjoy the process of buying a car and "believing" they've gotten a great deal. I'm not one of those. The sales people work on salary plus bonus. They do not work on commission. They did an amazing job of getting me financing. They gave me $500 for the Saab that was barely running. I drove away in the Fusion with my trade-in as a down payment with monthly payments I can afford. I can't guarantee that everyone who walks in to Truworth will be as fortunate as I, but I couldn't be more thankful. I have recommended them to anyone I know looking for a used vehicle. More
Overall, had a VERY good experience at TruWorth auto- appreciated their low/no pressure sales techniques. Worked more as consultants. Allowed me to take the mini van overnight since I was on a very tigh appreciated their low/no pressure sales techniques. Worked more as consultants. Allowed me to take the mini van overnight since I was on a very tight time frame and also wanted my wife to be able to see/test drive it as well. When all was said and done- she loved it, we bought it and are happy with our purchase decision! Also happy with our trade-in allowance, while it was sad to see how much our car had depreciated- TruWorth offered us more than CARMAX had AND we have the opportunity to get some more $$ with your "valueShare" program. Thanks!!! More
I was looking to sell my 2001 Highlander and put the proceeds toward our new Range Rover. A friend recommended TruWorth so my husband and I stopped in and I am so glad we did! Everyone we came into cont proceeds toward our new Range Rover. A friend recommended TruWorth so my husband and I stopped in and I am so glad we did! Everyone we came into contact with was really friendly. Ron was wonderful to work with, and Nick even took the time to sit down and explain how much they thought they could resell my truck for, and what kind of people might be interested in it- things he didn't need to tell us but I was pleased that he did. They offered me much more for my Highlander than I had expected, and Ron even drove us down the road to the Land Rover dealership to pick up our new vehicle! Then, Ron called me two weeks later to let me know they had sold the Highlander and I'll be seeing another check soon from the Shares Trade Program- can't beat that! This really is a different kind of car company, and although we didn't purchase a vehicle from them I would recommend them anytime. More

I found the car I had been looking for on cars.com and it was located at TruWorth. I submitted a request for further information about the car and Justin got back to me quickly. He then texted me (which I as was located at TruWorth. I submitted a request for further information about the car and Justin got back to me quickly. He then texted me (which I asked for because I was at work) and we set up a time to come check it out. I requested information from other car dealers who called me multiple after I asked them not to and ignored them. I liked how normal of a conversation Justin and I could have without feeling like he was trying to push this vehicle or any other vehicle on me. He let me talk, think out loud and think in general. It was an easy transition, from trading in my car, to driving off the lot with my new SUV. I'm a very satisfied customer. More
