I found the sales team's approach at TruWorth Auto to be very laid back, consultative, and friendly. I appreciate their straight forward process to buying a car. In addition to a simple "price plus tax" only deal they gave me a fair trade-in value for my used car. As if that wasn't enough, they will pay me a commission on my trade-in when it sells. This is a different way to buy a car. I like their style. More

I had been on the market looking for a good used truck and also needed to sell my older, but well kept dually. I had actually looked at a dealership that was located next to Truworth. After I decided against that truck, I drove onto the Truworth lot. The Truworth Team were friendly and outgoing. As a woman, I am very knowledgeable about vehicles and hate walking into dealerships who try to show me something different than what I want and would not want to take my vehicle on a trade. The Truworth team were knowledgeable about used trucks and realized mine was a gem with a good resale value. Truworth purchased my truck just shy of 50% more than my best trade-in offer. When they resell my truck, I will get another check that earn me more than what I had listed on Craigslist. I was thrilled with the ease of the transaction of them purchasing my truck. I had a very specific list of "must haves" on the used truck that I wanted. Not only did they have a truck that fit the description and the price, but they made sure it was in perfect working order before it even went on the lot. I was allowed to take the truck to my mechanic, who verified that the truck had new brakes and tires and that everything was in perfect working order. The price was better than me purchasing from an individual plus I had the comfort that the used F250 Super Duty was in perfect working order. I was given the vehicle's history and I knew the exact price of the truck, not only was it under blue book value, but it was priced better than trucks I had looked at with less options and mileage and issues. My sales rep, Ron, patiently waited as I called some knowledgeable friends who looked up the truck and verified the value and who also prompted me on questions, which Ron answered. I couldn't say "no" to the truck. I was prepared to pay cash as the vehicle was 10 years old and banks wouldn't do car loans. I have excellent credit and could get a personal loan at a high interest rate, but Truworth financed the truck with a great rate that was better than I could find on my own. Overall, I hate buying used cars, but Truworth changed my mind. I felt that I was treated fairly. Truworth employees are up front that they are not commissioned sales people, but on salary and how the dealership does business, heck, that was brought to my attention before I even looked at a truck or mentioned that I had one for sale. I would recommend to anyone to go to a Truworth dealership. More
TruWorth is a good place to buy or sell your car. They are friendly and helpful. The problem is they won't return your phone calls. You just have to be present. I recently bought a Lexus after a long search. It had been especially hard to find a lexus in the price range I needed it in with out it having a ton of miles. I found the Lexus on their website and contacted them through Live Chat. Jen answered promptly and was very informative and helpful. We exchanged information and I had her text me a couple photos of areas I couldn't see well in their phots. They did have a lot of photos compared to most dealers I looked at. I looked at the carfax right on there website and looked at a very neat feature called Real Deal where it showed me if their price was a good price. I read on their website that they did not have any dealer fees. I did not know what they meant until I researched further. Some dealers were trying to charge me $400-500. Ridiculous. Jen explained everything up front and had the vehicle ready for me when I arrived. I was in and out in less than an hour. I hope I do not have to buy another car soon but if I did, I would purchase from TruWorth Auto again. More
