Purchased 2010 Tundra unseen based on their word. Found few issues but they have been very willing to make them right. Also bought 2012 Elantra and have been satisfied with it so far. I purchased a 2012 Kia Optima from TruWorth Auto. I drove to Indiana from Middletown, OH to purchase this specific vehicle. I was called immediately after viewing the car, I did not expect this since it was to Indiana from Middletown, OH to purchase this specific vehicle. I was called immediately after viewing the car, I did not expect this since it was a Sunday around 7:30pm. I had the car placed on hold so that I could pick it up 5 days later, when I could get a ride or someone to drive my current car home. I explained this to Jenn and she offered to pay for a rental car one way for me to be able to pick up the car on that date! I couldn't believe it! Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and down to earth. Chip sat down with me and explained my finances to show me what payments and plans would best suit me. I feel he went above and beyond to help me. Myself and the staff were able to connect on a personal level and I did not feel pressured to buy anything. The car was in amazing shape and I am so in love with it. Thanks again to Jenn and Chip at TruWorth Auto! You are amazing people, and I cannot thank you enough. You went above and beyond my expectations. I would definately reccommend this business and buy another vehicle from them in the future. (If I ever decide to part with my new Kia, which doesn't seem likely!) Thanks again! More

By far the easiest and smoothest auto purchase I have been involved in so far! Jenn went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle I was interested in and later purchased was ready to go for a test drive been involved in so far! She was extremely well prepared, promt, professional but also down to earth. This is not a normal dealer experience! Everyone on the lot was kind and helpful and there was no pressure whatsoever to buy. I drove up 2 hours from Cincinnati and it was easy to find, the truck was outfront waiting and Jenn greeted me at the door, keys in hand. After the test drive I decided to purchase the vehicle and the paperwork took another 30 mins or so with no dealer fees only tax which was very nice!! Also, one thing that struck me was that on my trade-in, the owner sat down with me and explained that I could get a decent amount more if I sold it myself (even though I declined) but again their honesty and helpfulness was a very pleasent and unexpected suprise! When I am in the market for another quality used car I will be looking to them first because the great experience I had with this fine group of people and I would for sure reccommend them to anyone who is looking as well. Sold my used Acura MDX. Staff inspected my vehicle quickly, explained the auto share cost program, and made an offer about 5% above the trade-value that I had researched. I accepted the offer and received a check on the spot. The car sold within two weeks and I received my additional "share" check promptly. The total proceeds I received from the sale was about 5% below the Blue Book 'private party' sale value, but without the hassle, advertising cost or risk of selling the car myself. I would do business with TruWorth Auto again the next time I purchase a new vehicle. More
