My name is Larry Dean Warren. Last week I reviewed and commented on my experience with TruWorth Auto. I would like to provide an update on my situation with the dealership. I would like to retract any and commented on my experience with TruWorth Auto. I would like to provide an update on my situation with the dealership. I would like to retract any and all comments I posted on this site last week. I now know that those comments were made in haste without giving TruWorth an opportunity to respond to my concerns. I had called and e-mailed my concerns to my sales team. Unknown to me these concerns did not make it to Nick Hardwick, the general sales manager in a timely manner due to the conflicting work schedules of the sales team and Nick. Once Nick was aware of the situation with the vehicle I purchased he contacted me the same day to help resolve the issue. Nick had me bring the car to the dealership to be inspected. I was told that as I suspected that there was an issue with the drivetrain. Nick instructed the service team to order me a rental car and proceed with checking out my car. The inspection determined that the transmission would need to be replaced. In my communication with Nick on Monday (3/03/14) he informed me that the car would be repaired at no cost to me. Nick and the entire team at TruWorth have been the ultimate professionals since he got involved. They have gone above and beyond to correct the situation I experienced last week. I want to apologize to TruWorth Auto for any remarks I made in my review of their dealership last week. I sincerely believe that a lack of communication between me, the sales team and the general sales manager (Nick) is what caused this problem. I would recommend this dealer to any and all who decide to purchase a vehicle from TruWorth. More
I went to TruWorth to sell my SUV after seeing the TV commercial. I was very nervous at first, but Jenn immediately put me at ease with her friendly and helpful attitude. The decision to sell my SUV was difficult for me, but the TruWorth staff made it so much easier. The whole experience was positive, and I was very happy to get over $1000 in my share check. I got the Blue Book value of my SUV, so I am satisfied with that. I would recommend TruWorth to anyone who needs to sell their car because it's faster and safer than selling it on your own. More
My experience with this dealership was fantastic from beginning to end. There was no high pressure like there is in other "traditional" dealerships. I went to Truworth after hearing how nice, professional, and honest the were. I was a bit skeptical but I was greeted fairly quickly by Chris. He was SO nice. Not salesman nice, but genuinely. I was shocked when I told him what I was looking for as well as how hard his general sales manager, Nick, worked to get me the best deal possible through a few different financing companies. I loved my car but hated the cosigner, and while I also loved the cars that were shown to me, they were just barely above my price range. Nick understood that my main wish was to get my current cosigner away from my car and my life in general, as she lives in NY. He came up with the idea to basically buy my car from me at the price I owe and sell it back! I am now paying LESS monthly, my loan is through a better company, and I got to keep the car that I know and love. There was a $300 charge but it was rolled in along with sales tax. All they made off of me personally was that $300, but for the 6 hours we spent on this, it was 100% worth it! I will never say a single bad thing about this place! I even got some great entertainment from one of the buyers (employee who buys cars from customers) there who was singing a short tune every now and then. This was such a great experience, truly. I will ALWAYS recommend this dealership. More

I was immediately contacted by Rondello via text upon submitting my interest in talking to someone online about trading my car (Ford Fusion). Rondello contacted me and the convenience of texting was ideal without interruption of my work day. We scheduled an appt for a Saturday. Upon my arrival, I was greeted at the door (with the door wide open to welcome me - and usher me in from the rain!). The floor was filled with friendly sales staff who greeted me individually while Rondello came to meet with me. A female trading/purchasing a car can be intimidating, but Rondello and the team made it simple and friendly. I needed to find the right car to absorb negative equity in my Fusion, and did find the perfect Infinity for me. Nick and the finance team quickly took care of me. I felt during my time there that Saturday I made friends quickly w/ the sales team, each making me feel welcome/comfortable and ensure I had refills on water, coffee, etc. I'm very impressed by the approach of TruWorth and the values behind their mission. I'm eager to help sell my car online by sharing on social media channels, etc. and the profit-split can't be beat! The innovative video and photography of the car, and the website should make selling it a breeze! I am thrilled w/ the idea of the on-site service team to service my used vehicle. My only complaint would be that I drove away with an empty gas tank. I felt like w/ the purchase of this model of car (or any car), it should've been filled with gas before I drove away. Thanks TruWorth Team. I feel like I've established a good relationship w/ my auto dealer that will make me feel comfortable for years to come with this vehicle. More

I sold a car (Ford Fiesta 2013) to TruWorth and not only were they exceptionally friendly, they gave me $1,000 more than what Edmunds OR CarMax offered. In addition to that, they also gave me a shares chec were they exceptionally friendly, they gave me $1,000 more than what Edmunds OR CarMax offered. In addition to that, they also gave me a shares check; money that is offered AFTER the car is sold! This is something I have never experienced and I was totally flabbergasted that they offered something this unique and extraordinary. I was so excited about it! I have mentioned TruWorth to just about everyone I know and will continue to tout them as the car dealership one should visit if they are (a) interested in buying a car, or (b) selling a car. I know that when I am ready to purchase a car again, I will definitely go to TruWorth and hopefully Tom will still be there and can help me find a car. More
My daughter was needing a car and we found one we liked at TruWorth so we arranged a time to take a look and test drive. We didn't like the one we selected, but the sales team listened to what our needs w at TruWorth so we arranged a time to take a look and test drive. We didn't like the one we selected, but the sales team listened to what our needs were and had other options to look at. Turned out, the car we bought was a better deal (new and less miles) for about the same price as the original car. They did a great job helping with the finance portion as well, no running back and forth with "the manager" and trying to change the deal or add on a bunch of stuff. In fact the manager worked with us while selecting the car, discussing the dealership and why TruWorth is better than most dealerships....and they were right. And all of this took place after there normal closing time, they were happy to stay and work with us. They didn't try to rush us out or schedule to come back on Monday. More
