A fair and caring auto dealer, When my wife Rowena was in need of a car, we went online and found Tru-World Auto. We filled of the per-app and a salesman named Casey called us back When my wife Rowena was in need of a car, we went online and found Tru-World Auto. We filled of the per-app and a salesman named Casey called us back in just 10 minutes. We went to Tru-World Auto and everyone was nice and friendly and very helpful. The car my wife wanted was a light blue Chevy Cruze and the salesman helps her drive away with her new car. The Tru-World Auto team worked with us to get us the best deal they could. Customer service, Below Average...(Sell Swindle, Buy Stupid) I recently Moved here from Texas for Graduate school, After researching I found Truworth Auto. I traded in my Mercedes s63 with Tru worth, they ended I recently Moved here from Texas for Graduate school, After researching I found Truworth Auto. I traded in my Mercedes s63 with Tru worth, they ended up selling me an Infiniti with over 3k in repairs needed. After bringing it to their attention, Nick (GM) attempted to correct the situation by giving me 1k towards the value of the vehicle that I purchased from them 4 months ago. I tried to get in another vehicle with the same payments $271 but of course It didn't work out. (Go Figure). Also, I wouldn't recommend the shares program, from my experience they really drag their feet once the car is sold. Moral of the story, Customer service is below avg. I regret not taking my Mercedes s63 to Cadillac Lockhart, if you can avoid Truworth I suggest you do. Put simply this situation has been one of the worst. More
