Excellent experience; love my old-school mint-condition Honda Ridgeline - low miles and awesome price. Scott spent a lot of time letting us take the truck out and making up our minds. He even notified us the next morning when someone on-line had indicated strong interest, just so we could have the first right of refusal. Financing was much better than even my credit union could provide, and the whole process was over in an hour. They detailed, washed and filled up with gas for us. Excellent vehicle and I know we'll love it for a long time! Will definitely recommend TruWorth to anyone I know looking for a great car buying experience. And the cash-back profit sharing on my trade-in Subaru is a very nice plus as well! More

Excellent and quick service! I purchased a used 2011 Mustang recently. Scott Holthouse was excellent to work with. I had an idea what I wanted when I got to the dealership, he h I purchased a used 2011 Mustang recently. Scott Holthouse was excellent to work with. I had an idea what I wanted when I got to the dealership, he helped me out quickly with a test drive, answered a few questions, and I took a "break" to consider my decision. After about an hour I made up my mind, called Scott, and he gladly came to pick me up in the new vehicle. We got back to the dealership and were done in about 30 minutes with all the paperwork! It doesn't get easier. Afterwards, I had a couple of things pop up, one of which was I failed to confirm that the key was in the vehicle for the wheel locks. I contacted Scott, he got me a service appointment, and this morning I had the pleasure of meeting Tom Clark. Tom had me in and out in 15 minutes, removing the locked lug nuts, and replacing them with standard lugs (at my request). He was great to work with, and I'd definitely go back for service. I'd highly recommend TruWorth to anybody in the market for a used car that wants a true, no hassle transaction. Great job guys! More

Ryan and his manager (I forget his name) were both very helpful in explaining their process for acquiring vehicles such as mine, the local market forces acting on my particular vehicle, and the pros and cons of attempting to sell my vehicle myself vs accepting their offer. I found both their expertise to be very valuable. I felt that their appraisal of my vehicle was well done, that their offer was fair, and it was the highest offer I had received from 3 car dealers. I would definitely recommend that any one in the Indianapolis area looking to sell or buy a used vehicle make a stop at TruWorth Indianapolis. More
