They did a great job of taking my trade in, that honestly, wasn't worth much to them but they got it off my hands clean and easy. Was kinda disappointed in the quality of the front tires and there was no budging in the negotiation to getting new ones on for purchase. Also drove away without a full tank of gas in the car. Those were small things compared to the overall satisfaction I had with my Truworth Experience. I'll be going back and recommending this dealer to family and friends. Love my Ford Fusion. More
