Got there and the receptionist ignore us an keep talking about food with one of the employees while we were waiting standing up right on the door for Bruce Bransfield to fetch the car we were may be interested. Nobody even offer a chair or be more welcome to us as we are a customer, for a face of a place, a receptionist should be more professional. It was a waiting of 14 min! Later when we decided to buy the car, what we didn't do it, because they start to ask questions about our status in this country, if we were citizen or not. We felt discriminated and they were insisting for deposit to hold the car. And after they said they were finish everything the same day, they told us that the bank was close and to come back the next day, and after i said i couldn't and didn't want to buy anymore he refuse to give my information back or even shred the copy of my documents, i hope they didn't kept and will use for other purpose. It was really uncomfortable and we really feel they were discriminating us. Shame of a big place like that to treat customers like this. More

This was the smoothest deal I've ever been involved with. These guys have it down. Well Done. Jose Alvarado gave a thorough presentation, Diane, Amanda, and Asia in the internet department made my wife and I feel like VIPs when we arrived after an hour and a half drive. John in finance was exceptional. One of the sales managers, Tony, who as far as I know had nothing to do with our deal, was as friendly as could be. Thank you all. Great! After the stress of a recently totaled car (while it was parked and unattended), I was both eager and nervous about shopping for a “new” car. I found the preowned car I liked online and was able to test drive it right away and start the process.
