My main contact at the dealership, Paul Johnson, was friendly, helpful, and actually listened to me when I explained what I was looking for. Paul and the management team promptly responded to all of my requests and I left the dealership feeling that they understood what I wanted and where I was in my car-buying process. But it was how they acted after I left the showroom that really impressed me. Paul stayed in contact with me (but not in a pushy way) and guided me through Tri County's various proposals and incentives. Most importantly, Tri County ultimately gave me the best overall deal and I was comfortable in leasing my new RAV4 from them because I knew I was being treated fairly. It's only been about a week since I closed the deal and I have already recommended Paul and Tri County Toyota to several of my friends. More

I found Paul Johnson had great reviews and decided to ask for him. As soon as we came into the dealership we were treated very good. Even though Paul was busy with another customer, they made our wait very pleasant and respected our request by not trying to push us onto another sales person. A manager Kevin (forgot his last name) came to introdice him self while we waited. Once Paul was able to assist us he literally listened to our needs from what we were looking for, to our budget to what was important and at no point during the initial conversation he tried to steer us into any other model or upgrade to the vehicle we were looking for. Paul took enough interest to bring two cars of the same model we were looking out by the front door so we could compare the two colors we were considering side by side. A recent "adjustment" was made to the vehicle by the Service Dept. and we received excellent service from Service personnel, as well. We have dealt with a lot of dealerships in our lifetimes (we are not "young kids"..lol) and we would highly recommend Tri County Toyota. Additionally: we reside in Chester County and found the best car and deal at Tri County (in comparison to in Chester Co. or Delaware Co.). I would highly recommend that for anyone "looking" for a good used car to save themselves time and anxiety and to go to Tri County first!!! They are good people selling and providing service on good used cars (our used looks brand new and our local mechanic gives the car a thumbs up)!!! More

Sold me a rusted out truck After driving 500 miles back home, a local Toyota dealership pointed out that the entire undercarriage was rusted out. Chunks of the training arm was After driving 500 miles back home, a local Toyota dealership pointed out that the entire undercarriage was rusted out. Chunks of the training arm was chipped off, bolts were all seized and completed rusted. There was no disclosure. I even asked the sales manager and he did said the frame was in good condition. Which it is, but nothing else! The rear hatch was rusted and bubbling in several locations. I ended up selling the truck at a huge loss. I emailed the sales manager twice about the issue and did not receive any replies. The service shop had changed the water pump and brakes so if course they knew the condition of the undercarriage. They even changed out the trunk locking mechanism so again, they knew the bubbling rust on all over the trunk door. My bad for not considering rust but the dealership should have disclosed these issues. More

Anthony's approach and the Toyota value proposition really sealed the deal for me. Anthony helped to fill in some unknown gaps so I could make an informed decision - specifically regarding aspects of Toyota value such as service and total care packages. Anthony was more like a family member speaking plain and direct...not a slick car salesman. It wasn't about up-selling, it was more about letting ME drive the process and he answered my questions and added context as my (concierge?) I recommend anyone thinking about a purchase to stop by and just chat with Anthony about your needs. I think you will see what I mean. More
